Our Rice Cultivating processes

1. Nursery Preparation

The nursery is prepared in dry soil conditions. Seed beds of convenient dimensions are prepared by raising the soil to a height of about 5-10 cm. A layer of half burned paddy husk could be distributed on the nursery bed to facilitate uprooting.

2. Farm Preparation

Farm preparation of rice involves land leveling, soaking, and plowing to create suitable conditions for planting. It includes water management, soil enrichment, and seedbed preparation to promote healthy crop growth. Proper farm preparation is essential for optimizing rice cultivation, ensuring high yields, and maintaining crop health.

3. Planting

Rice plantation involves transplanting seedlings into prepared fields flooded with water. It requires precise spacing, depth, and timing for optimal growth. Proper irrigation, weed control, and fertilizer application are essential for successful rice cultivation

4. Fumigation

This involves the application of chemicals or gases to control pests and diseases in rice fields. It helps protect the crop from insect infestations and microbial contamination. Proper fumigation practices ensure the health and quality of rice plants, contributing to successful crop cultivation.

5. Weeding

Weeding in rice farms involves the removal of unwanted plants that compete with rice for nutrients, water, and sunlight. Proper weeding practices help maintain a healthy crop by reducing weed pressure and improving rice growth. Timely and effective weeding is essential for maximizing yields and promoting successful rice cultivation.

6. Harvesting

This involves cutting and gathering mature rice plants for grain extraction. Timing is critical to ensure maximum yield and quality of the rice crop. Proper harvesting methods, such as machine or manual harvesting, help preserve grain integrity and optimize the overall harvest process.

7. Transportation

Our rice transportation service ensures a seamless journey from farm to warehouse. With our state-of-the-art tracking system, we monitor every step of the process, providing real-time updates and ensuring that our rice is handled with the utmost care and efficiency

8. Stocking

Stocking of rice from the farm involves storing harvested rice in proper storage facilities to maintain its quality. Adequate ventilation, temperature control, and protection from pests are essential for preserving the freshness of the rice grains. Proper stocking practices help prevent spoilage, maintain moisture levels, and ensure the longevity of the rice crop

9. Milling

This involves removing the husk, bran, and germ layers to produce polished white rice. This process enhances the appearance, taste, and texture of the grains. Proper milling techniques ensure the quality, nutritional value, and marketability of the final rice product

10. Grading

The grading process of rice involves sorting and classifying grains based on size, shape, and quality to meet market standards. It includes cleaning, hulling, milling, and polishing to ensure consistency and quality in the final product. Through precise grading, rice producers can provide consumers with rice that meets specific preferences and quality requirements.

11. Packaging

The packaging process of rice involves sealing cleaned and graded rice into bags or containers. It includes weighing, filling, and sealing the packaging to ensure freshness and prevent contamination. Proper packaging of rice helps maintain quality, extend shelf life, and facilitate storage and transportation
